Can you reset my service lights?

The answer is yes. Latest vehicles being produced are heavily dependant on computers. We have invested heavily in the bespoke "Star Diagnositic" computers to carry out this and many other varied operations, which require the use of a computer.

How do you stay up to date with the latest technology & information?

We have regular updates from directly from Mercedes Benz

Can you offer equivalent dealer servicing?

Yes. In fact we over service the vehicle. So there is no way that our servicing will compromise the manufacturer warranty.

Can you offer menu pricing?

We have menu pricing for all our services. Use our web site to decide which service you require.

What sort of saving against a dealership could I expect?

You should save up to 50% off labour prices, just by walking through the doors, even more if you are travelling from and around the London & suburbs area.

Will my warranty be compromised.

In October 2003 the European Parliament introduced new legislation to ensure a free market in the sale and servicing of motor vehicles.

  • Any service carried out in accordance with the manufacturers schedule will maintain the new car warranty, providing the parts that are used are the same as were fitted to the vehicle at the time of manufacture.
  • Any service carried out in accordance with the manufacturers schedule will maintain the new car warranty.
    (Although the manufacturer cannot stipulate where you car gets serviced it can keep the warranty work within its own dealer network. Hence we cannot do warranty work, SORRY)
